Lenzerheide, Switzerland

This past weekend we went to Lenzerheide, Switzerland for what we expect is our last ski trip of the year. It was an great weekend for skiing. Though the skies were cloudy, making the visibility close to zero, the conditions were great with a mixture of packed and fresh powder. Here are Javier and John getting ready to ski!!

Everywhere you turned on the mountain the views were amazing. Sometimes you thought you were standing on top of the world and other times you felt as if you were in the middle of Antarctica. Here are just the highlights.
Last shot before we take our last run of the weekend...

Just minutes from the city of Lenzerheide you are hundreds of meters closer to sea level and by the lack of snow you would think you were in an entirely different place. Here are some of the amazing views from the bus home....

we went last Spring to the Jungfrau, through the Eiger and stayed in Lauterbrunnen. The Alps and Switzerland in general are so amazing, so relaxing, and if we had enough money, would be an ideal place to stay for a long while. We went in April so it was warmer.
