One more time for good measure

It's no secret that I love to ski and that I've made it my mission to get in as much skiing as possible. So when I found out Javier wasn't going to be around and our friends the Budd's were heading our way to ski at St. Veits I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to tag along. So just less than a month from my last visit to Siegi I was back.

We skiied for the week, 5 days, and the skiing was amazing. I did the ski safari and our guide Sven took us all over the mountains (we skiied Alpendorf, Wagrain and Flachau). Monday night and all day Tuesday it snowed, blizzard conditions, leaving us with over half a meter of fresh heavy powder. The conditions were white on Tuesday but the mountain was empty and we had it all to ourselves. Wednesday the sun was out the ski was blue and it was probably our best day for pictures. Though to be honest Sven gave us very little time to get the perfect shot. Instead his concern was the perfect powder, the perfect run and the perfect lunch. It was an amazing week.

Here are some of my favorite pictures:

Here's an album of the rest of the pictures:

How sexy -- a ski tour guide named SVEN?!?!? I couldn't think of anything more perfect.
