Día de Reyes

For Three Kings day (Día de Reyes) we decided to have a real Puerto Rican feast. Javier and I spent the day in the kitchen making arroz con pollo and boiled yuca. Our friends Noel, Carina, and Dave joined of for dinner. Noel even tried his hand at making flan; what a chef! The flan was excellent and his "secret" ingredients definitely hit the spot.
