Our move to Germany was certainly the biggest move that either one of us have ever made. Though we were fortunate to have great packers and movers we couldn't believe all the work we still needed to do. Here are some pictures we took as our house went through the different stages of our move.
First there was a lot organizing and rearranging that had to be done. Since we had movers coming on multiple days everything had to be sorted. We've heard horror stories of cats and trash being packed up and sent abroad and we certainly didn't want that happening. Here's some of our sorting. All these bags are on there way to us now!
Here all the boxes are packed and our house is starting to look really empty. The movers got our whole house packed in just one day.
On the second day the movers came back with a big truck and by the mid afternoon all of our stuff was gone. It will take more than two months for our things to get to us.
Finally by June 6th our house looked like it did more than 2 and a half years ago when Javi first moved in.
